Process
How we work, stage by stage
A shared structure makes software projects easier to plan, review and trust. Here is what happens at each stage, and what you receive at the end of it.
-
Stage 01
Discovery
We learn about your organization, users and goals, review any existing systems and clarify constraints.
Activities
- Kick-off conversation and stakeholder interviews
- Review of existing systems, data and documents
- Identification of risks, assumptions and open questions
You receive
A shared summary of goals, scope and requirements.
-
Stage 02
Proposal & planning
We turn what we learned into a concrete plan: scope, technical approach, team, timeline and cost.
Activities
- Scope definition and a prioritized feature list
- Technical approach and architecture outline
- Estimate, milestones and team composition
You receive
A written proposal to review and agree on.
-
Stage 03
Design
We shape how the product works and looks before building it, so feedback is quick and inexpensive.
Activities
- User flows and wireframes
- Interactive prototypes of key journeys
- Visual design and a component library
You receive
Approved designs and a prototype of the key journeys.
-
Stage 04
Development
We build in short iterations, integrating early and showing working software regularly.
Activities
- Iterations with planning and review
- Code review on every change
- Continuous integration and a shared staging environment
You receive
Working increments you can try at each review.
-
Stage 05
Testing & QA
Each increment is tested against agreed acceptance criteria, using automated and manual checks.
Activities
- Automated tests for critical logic
- Manual, exploratory and device testing
- Performance and security checks
You receive
Test results and a list of known issues, openly shared.
-
Stage 06
Release & handover
We prepare and carry out the release with you, then hand over what is needed to run the software.
Activities
- Release planning and production deployment
- App store submission support for mobile apps
- Documentation, access handover and training
You receive
Software in production, with documentation handed over.
-
Stage 07
Support & improvement
After launch we can monitor, maintain and improve the software as your needs change.
Activities
- Monitoring and incident response
- Updates, fixes and security patches
- Planning the next round of improvements
You receive
An agreed support arrangement and improvement roadmap.
Working together
How we collaborate
-
01
One point of contact
A named person coordinates your project and keeps communication in one place.
-
02
Regular updates
Progress, risks and decisions are shared on an agreed rhythm, in Vietnamese or English.
-
03
Shared visibility
The backlog, priorities and current status are visible to you throughout the project.
-
04
Confidentiality
Non-disclosure agreements can be signed before you share sensitive details, and access to your systems is limited to the people who need it.
